Ohio Pick 3 Results for March 2025
This worksheet above is what I use to collect and analyze the draws for wagering for both of Ohio's daily pick 3 games. I post this worksheet here so that my followers have a quick and better well-organized view of how the OHIO PICK 3 Lottery game is unfolding over time. This worksheet shows me what I need to know before picking combos from the 317 Rundown.
We will talk more about this worksheet in its entirety later in this writing. For now, let's talk about the 317 Rundown.
We will talk more about this worksheet in its entirety later in this writing. For now, let's talk about the 317 Rundown.
What is the 317 Rundown?

The 317 Rundown is a popular 3 digit combo picking strategy for playing the Pick 3 games. It simply involves a systematic approach of addition. The theory to the Rundown is that next winning 3 digit combo that will be drawn are touching one another within the 3 by 11 grid.
Here's how to do a 317 Rundown with Pencil and Paper.
See the example to the left using the 426 draw results. Continue adding the 3, the 1 and the 7 to your all three columns working your way down until you return to the number you started with, which in this case is 426. Your 317 Rundown grid is done.
The working theory to the 317 Rundown is that next winning 3 digit combo drawn will be numbers that are touching. But personally, after the test I ran, its the numbers surrounding the Zeros that seem to hint to the next winning combo time and time again. So that's where I put direct attention and you should too.
Here's how to do a 317 Rundown with Pencil and Paper.
- Take any States pick 3 draw results, we will use 426 as an example;
- add 3 to the first digit, which is 4 and will equal 7
- add 1 to the second digit; which is 2 and will equal 3;
- add 7 to the third digit; which is 6 and will equal 13, but only use the 2nd digit, 3.

How to Use the 317 Rundown for Ohio Pick 3 or Any States' Draw Game

The 317 Rundown grid is not magic. If you want to play this game well than it will be worth your time to be aware of your due digits, pairs and sums. We will discuss this more in detail later. For ...
...Now let's take a look at the history of the 426 combo being drawn in the Midday Game and the what the next winning combo that was drawn in the Eve game and see how they all played out when calculated by the 317 Rundown.
The image to the right shows the history of when the 426 combo was drawn. Illustrated in red you can see there were only 3 times when the winning Eve draw was in the grid. I purposely chose this particular combo to demonstrate how even when the next drawn combo wasn't in the grid with touching numbers 4 times, the position of the Zero's actually hinted at the possible numbers that would be drawn. For instance,
When 226 was drawn the 2 sat to the right of the Zero in lower 3rd of the grid. When 906 was drawn, but not touching in the grid, the 9 sat above the Zero in lower 3rd. When 031 was drawn, two 3's sat touching the Zero's in the Top part of grid; and the 1 sat below the Zero in the lower 3rd part of the grid. When the 325 was drawn, the zero's hinted again at the 2 in the lower part of the grid, while 3 and 5 were both by the Zeros in the top part of the grid.
Exciting!, Right? I think so, but wait till you hear just how many combos this 317 Rundown 3 by 11 grid creates---when I tell you, you just might not want to consider the 317 Rundown at all. But stay with me awhile longer, because if you lasted this long, it means you love your numbers as much as I do. I promise I got the 'nuts' to make you see how the 317 Rundown has you feeling the confidence of poker hand holding 'pocket aces'.

Since becoming a predictive poster on LotteryPost and to quicken the daily routine I designed and personalized my own 317 Rundown in Excel. The extra details I offer alongside the 317 Rundown grid in these images above I do in an effort to offer the wagering Ohio player following the LP Ohio Pick 3 thread a peek at where each of the daily draw games stand in terms of positional digit count and over-due pairs and sums so the player can make an informed bet. As they might see something that different from the combos I picked.
If you take note of the dates of these postings, you'll see I was on winning roll with my picks this March for 2025. From month to month that is not always the case. I'm not going to tell you I win all the time. I don't. I also don't play everyday, I've learned to constrain myself with the three W's. Wait. Watch. Wager.
The Pick 3 draw game and its prizes relative to the cost to wager have been designed so that you lose more often than you win, just like the folks do in Vegas. Yet,
I certainly do better than most who play the Pick 3 draw game, because I've been closely watched and recording the Ohio Pick 3 game since 2011. Before that time, it was New Jerseys' game I was interested. I like to count things, so I know how often the 220 unique combos are supposed to perform by calculating the draws in terms of Low, Medium and High Sums. For instance,
In the image to the right, I illustrate the monthly count for a years-worth of draw on how often a number that was drawn in the Midday game, shares or carrys over into the winning combo in the Eve draw.
By looking at the two daily games side by side, as you can see by my results worksheet above, I am able to categorize the days two draws into 2 separate categories with each having 4 sub categories that count how many times the Share/Carry-over occurs.
For 2021, out of the 365 days there were 201 days when a number that came out in the Midday showed up again in the Eve draw. This just didn't happen in 2021, it happens every year. The numbers show that there is a more of a chance a number from the Midday will be draw again in the Eve game then it will not. This is good to know, because the numbers tell you it so.
Furthermore, what also happens more than it does not, in the individual games is that a number will repeat from the same game the day before more often than it will not. The proof to that is in the numbers. For instance, in 2021, in the Eve Game, there were 110 draws of singles drawn with a number repeating from the same game prior. And when the Eve game didn't share (No Share) with the Midday game it still had 70 single draws and 24 double draws that repeated a number from the same game prior.

Although, I know that the 317 Rundown will, more than half the time each month, hold the next drawn combo, I know the information regarding digits, due pairs and sums are important factors to consider willing working up the combos that will get your wager. So I include that information for LP forum members. I'm a conservative Box Hit player, meaning that I don't like to spend more than a 1/3rd of the prize to get a hit. The truth about the Pick 3 game is that is not an easy game to win. Another thing about me is that i don't care about straight hits when working up my picks to play, I'll take care of that when I get to the wagering process the kiosk. The only pick 3 combos I care about are the 220 Unique Combos that make up the 1000 possibilities. It's much easy to track 220 combos than it is 1000.
I also observed, after running a years-worth of draw results to test the Midday game draw results to rundown the possible results for the Evening game, that the test showed the ZigZag arrangement comes out most often and that looking at numbers around the zeros is the most promising. There is a reason that the zigzag patterns come out the most, that I'll demonstrate further in this writing. For now, I want you to know that I designed a 317 Rundown Calculator in Excel with the discerning player in mind who might want to experiment with the 317 Rundown in their own State. You can even switch up the 317 and replace it with another favorite rundown, the 314, or the 618, or whatever other. Mirror numbers are color coded; with input boxes to isolate the numbers of interest so that they can be highlighted in the grid.

Testing the 317 Rundown against the Ohio Pick 3 Draws
This is a screen shot of my testing the 2023 Ohio Pick 3 games using the Midday Game as the input into the 317 Rundown grid, and noting what arrangements were made by the next winning combo in the Evening game. (On another worksheet, I'm testing the Night Game, against the next days' Midday Game). But for right now, and for your review,
I'm noting where in the grid the winning draw showed itself as well as what arrangement it made. Remember, I told you that it is the ZigZag (ZZ) arrangement that shows up the most. My test and how I set up my worksheet allows me to than filter Single and Double combos to see if there is anything that stands out. For instance, is the next draw there in the grid more when a single combo is the input, or for when a Double combo is the input. I'm still working that out for the Ohio games. I sharing this because, you can certainly copy this idea and layout it into your Rundown workbook as another Excel worksheet to run your own test against your own State's Pick 3 game draws. Play to Win!
