The 220 Unique Single and Double Combinations
Know what you are up against.
No State Lottery will ever give you a well-organized list of all the drawn combos and they're variables that make up the distinctions in the combos. You have to do it yourself. They give you a list of draws that work in reverse of chronological order because they understand the mechanics of the mind when engaging with data. Human cognition tends to process sequences in forward-moving motion from start to finish which is not conducive for deeper analysis and pattern recognition.
I don't care what state you play your Pick 3 game in Medium Sum combos are going to come out more often because there is more of them. Period.
I find the best time to play a low or high sum combo is when your state has thrown out 4 to 5 Medium Sums in a row in the same game. After 4 or 5 Medium sum combos are drawn it's time to get ready for a high low flip.
Also, in my experience of watching several state's games, It almost never happens that a SUM draw in the Midday game with be again draw in that days Evening Game. So a good rule of thumb is filter out the Midday Sum, from your picks for the Evening game. It's the same for the Sum showing up in the next draw of the same game for both Midday and Evening.

Take a look at how the 220 Unique Combos add up for each of the High and Low counts broken down into their respective Low Medium and High Single and Double categories. There are 107 combos that will fall into the L-H-H scenario. These combos also come out more often than the others.
It's with the Even and Odd that you will have some trouble, yet see the difference between the ones falling in the Medium Sum category. Now look at my system for a well-organized recording of the draws for the Ohio games below. Midday game is on the left and the Evening game on the right each of them are accompanied by their respective variables of Sums, Odd Even, and High Low, noted. This organization makes it a natural cognitive flow of information that can aid learning and memory, as well as pattern recognition instead of being mind boggled looking at it in reverse order as the lotteries like to report their draws. |
Looking at the Games and Recognizing their Patterns
Look at the Midday Game only. For the first few days of April no number REPEAT a draw until 4/4 when the 9 repeated from 4/3. Look down the list. Every number in RED REPEATED from the same game the day before. Then the 9 REPEATED again for two draws. If you count the red numbers for the month of April in the Midday game, you should get 15 which is half the month. So playing REPEATING numbers from one game to the next is 50/50. Now count the how many Medium Suns show up, and note how there is not one Sum in the Sum column that is RED---that's because they typically will not REPEAT themselves. Still looking at the Midday draws, notice that when a number is highlighted in orange its because it came out in the draw the night before, I call this a SHARE. In the Evening draw, I highlight SHARED numbers from the Midday game coming out again in the Evening.
